I entered the room code but I can't get in.

Make sure the code is typed correctly — case doesn't matter. The room may be full, closed, or password-protected. Rooms created with an age-restricted card set will decline you if the birth date on your profile doesn't meet the limit.

The game won't start — it says 'Waiting for the host to reveal the card'.

In multi-phone mode the host flips the cards. If the host loses connection, host rights pass to another player automatically — give it a few seconds.

The host can't press 'Start'.

Every player other than the host has to mark themselves 'Ready' before the game can start.

The card set I bought isn't showing up.

Purchases are tied to your account, so check that you're logged into the right one. Try 'Restore purchases' in Settings, and restart the app if it persists.

When does my rental expire?

The 'My Rentals' section in the Store shows your active rentals and the time left on each. You can extend one before it runs out.

I lost connection during a game.

When you return to the app you're reconnected to the room automatically, and the game picks up where it left off.

Tips

Answering sincerely is the most important rule. Swipe a card right to pass on it — but if the set has a penalty action enabled, there's a price!
