Explicit Consent Notice

This text obtains your explicit consent for processing that relies on consent under GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and KVKK Art. 5/1. You may consent to each item separately and withdraw consent at any time. Declining does not prevent you from using the core features of the Service (only the related feature is disabled).

Processing Covered by Consent

The consents below are independent of one another; you may accept only the ones you want. You can continue using your account even if you give none of them.

1. Access to adult (ADULT) content: I consent to my date of birth and region being processed to verify my eligibility to access adult content.

The minimum age for adult content varies by region (the default is 18), and in some regions adult content is switched off entirely. Giving consent does not by itself grant access if your regional policy does not permit it.

1. International data transfer (incidental cases): I consent to my personal data being transferred, as needed to provide the Service, to overseas service providers (e.g., Apple, Google, Microsoft, Sentry).

Please note: under KVKK Art. 9, an international transfer relies first on an adequacy decision and, failing that, on appropriate safeguards such as a standard contract, an undertaking, or binding corporate rules. Your explicit consent serves as a basis only in incidental cases where neither route is available. By consenting, you acknowledge that your data may not receive the same level of protection in the destination country as in Türkiye, and that exercising your rights there may be more difficult.

1. Marketing/promotional notifications: I agree to receive campaign, announcement, and promotional emails and push notifications.

Commercial electronic messages are governed by Türkiye's Law No. 6563 and the Regulation on Commercial Communication. Every message carries a free opt-out; your opt-out is applied within 3 business days at the latest. Your consent is recorded in the Turkish Message Management System (İYS), through which you can also opt out. Service-critical notifications (security, contract changes, account actions) are not commercial electronic messages and are sent regardless of this consent.

1. Optional analytics: I consent to my usage data being processed with analytics tools (Umami, Microsoft Clarity; on the website also Hotjar) to improve the Service.

Microsoft Clarity may include session recording of your screen interactions (taps, scrolls). Error capture and security logging (Sentry) fall outside this consent; they rely on legitimate interest for the secure operation of the Service.

Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw consent at any time via in-app settings or by emailing <[email protected]>. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Consequences of Withdrawal

• Adult (ADULT) content consent withdrawn: your access to adult content is revoked immediately; processing based on your adult-content history and related access records stops. Your date of birth is not deleted because it is a mandatory account field (needed for other age tiers and performance of the contract); only its use for adult-content purposes ends. You may re-grant consent to regain access.
• Marketing consent withdrawn: marketing/promotional notifications stop within a reasonable technical period; service-critical notifications (security, contract changes, etc.) continue.
• Analytics consent withdrawn: analytics collection from your device stops; mandatory error capture and security logging continue under legitimate interest.
• Withdrawal requests are recorded (proof obligation for consent management).
